Money distribution

baby
Greetings,
I have a problem please if some one can resolve this:
Three brothers do a shared business and they have a common account in which they put equal money. Two of them spend money and one does not, so now the account contains 70 for brother A, 20% of B and 10% for C.
Once they spent 5% money of the same account in a business. Now what will be the distribution of money earned from that business 2.  Equal, or (70, 20 and 10%) or some other formula? Please help.

thanks

In practical terms, they each have an equal share.

They could move on from that basic premise to discuss the spending and the not spending, but if the one that did not spend thought to increase his pay-out he has a difficult case to argue.
